    re: what price ibr I hold IBR but the market seems to doubt the story. Either lacks faith in management or fears soverign risk. I think they will be proved wrong. Recent releases by IBR haven't backed away from production targets at all. Management would have a good idea by now whether the targets are achievable and I like that they are sticking by them.
