    the overhang from the placement and then right afterwards the large shareholder agressively selling in the 60's is my guess

    all up 15 million odd shares had to be absorbed

    its frustrating to say the least to see ibr still under 90. gold has risen over $100 since ibr was last in the 80c range. i was expecting 1.20 by now
