Are you saying that ICN has test results already? I think not.The wells have to be dewatered and fracced, using pumps first and then a rig.They could have pumped the water out of one of the wells and it could be free flowing at good rates but that is not a test and it wouldnt be used for reserve calculations. So what are you talking about exactly?
