In an article on the 14th December regarding APA's asset sales the following was the MD of APA with regard to BBP:

"The completion of the restructuring will enable APA to begin considering external investment opportunities, though the company is “not out shopping,” McCormack said in an interview. APA may be interested in some of Babcock & Brown Power’s assets “at the right price,” though Babcock Power’s preferred sale plan appears to be an “all-of-company transaction,” which would rule APA out, he said."
