It would depend entirely on the time that they will buy the shares from M & G, and the time they will do the T/O offer for CDU, if and when that is.

If the T/O was done all at the same time, and M & G will be part of the T/O, the offer price bid has to be the same. But if they buy the M & G shares some time before the T/O will take place, we will be paid what the offer will be at the time.
