Hello there, buddy! It wouldn't happen like that, though- currently, we'd be up for a T/O premium of $1.20, which is 30% premium over our current SP of $4. There's never really a premium of more than 30%, although some do a premium of 50% if it's a particularly distressed SP (say Alinta- I think that was a 50% premium). I wouldn't mind a takeover at $5.20. Getting my money back is fun. :)
