The debt is not much to consider, immaterial. Ie these guys are bringing in $240M a month, debt cost is $35M a year.
They have offered $100M to reduce some debt, and whether it is outstanding or not, it will have nominal bearing on forward strategy.
Interestingly, they must be overly confident of sourcing cash again, seems quite a confident move that they are offering $100M, in event of future acquisition.
Ie with all this cash coming in, you would suspect an acquisition is also in the pipeline…
