1) For now, I'd just forget about the remaining 13% in IBR. Look at it this way - TMR have an 87% stake in the Armenian/Portugal assets. It's quite common for mining co's to only have partial ownership in mining assets (eg. 50/50, 60/40 etc.) - just in this case, the remaining 13% happens to be in a listed co., rather than just a JV partner etc. No difference to TMR - they still control the project, and yes, they may do something about the remaining 13% down the track, but for now, it doesn't really effect their plans.

2) They only recently signed new employment contracts with their employees in Chile which still have another 3yrs or so to run from memory (I believe they stated it in one of their recent reports somewhere).
