exactly, they kept lovett on during the investigation too, then cut him after the charge was laid, but said they've cut him for other, IMO, insufficient reasons...

im pretty sure we'll have a court decided if the reasons were sufficient too... ACB obviously thinks there was enough in it, but i doubt it...

its got more to do with the playing group not wanting him there... which is strange, seeing as you'd think they would have consulted the playing group before making the trade...

no due diligence at all, saints have lost out big time...

worse case for lovett, it will go to court and he'll get a massive pay out IMO...
