I am very curious to see how eager the Boardwill be to provide information about the AGM and whether we will receivespecific answers to the following questions:
1. How do you assess the overall businesssituation, your current market position and how do you see yourself positionedin comparison to your competitors?
2. What like-for-like sales growth do youexpect in the current financial year versus FY23?
3. How many store openings and closures doyou expect for the current year?
4. How many stores are in the red?
5a.What was the average receipt in FY23 vs FY22?
5b. What was the average number of items per receipt in FY23 vs FY22?
5c. What was the average price per item in FY23 vs FY22?
6. How manyitems/styles does an ordinary Lovisa store offer? (Or estimated in1.000 pieces)
7a. What was thenumber of sales and EBIT in the online segment in FY23 versus FY22?
7b. What is the revenue share in eCommerce as a percentage of total revenue?
8. Is an expansion to India, China, South Korea, or Japan planned and if so,when will it start?
9a. How high is the share of sales and EBIT for the Europe segment in FY23 vsFY22?
9b. How is the business developing with the stores acquired from beeline?
9c. Have you already reached the break-even point in the Europe segment?
10a. Do you have problems finding suitable and sufficient personnel for yourStores and business?
10b. How high was your fluctuation rate in FY23 vs. FY22?
11. Is there a Lovisacustomer card - or are there plans to introduce one?
Finally, questions for the Auditor KPMG:
1a. Why does Lovisa repeatedly fail to comply with itsdisclosure obligations for the annual financial statements of its Europeansubsidiaries?
I explicitly refer to the countries UK, Germany and Belgium,Netherlands and Luxembourg.
1b. Or do you think a complaint to the ASX formisconduct is appropriate?
My interest in LOVISA is high and I amhaving nothing against the company, but I am certainly not a buyer at theseprices. Nevertheless, I look forward to every answer, information and(detailed) report from the AGM.
