Cruel evil tactic not only towards self funded retirees and home buyers that have to pay so much more to purchase a property at unreal prices.
It drowns everyone in debt they can not pay back now or ever.When the debt is unsustainable,it will not be paid back,and this is how everything will go downhill,as it did before.It is myopic to think that paying a few dollard less on one's mortgage will save them financially when they pay 30% or more on a property purchase price.
Cutting interest rates and devaluing the savings of people is like taking their money indirectly,like confiscating.
It has nothing to do with the stupid phrase stimulating the economy...The economy will be better when jobs are not exported to China everyday,period.This is the way to stimulate the economy,no other way.
