Gentleman, I don't won't to push the point about Arrows not been able to get a payable flow from the deep coal seam which is well understood in the industry. But Blue faces the real possibility of loosing 4 permits which they have not drilled .Use it or lose it . Both governments have given lots of loot and permits to other ********* , just look at AJQ, money from Canberra, permits from Brisbane, what did Blue get , nothing.
