    For all the reasons previously stated to be bullish it does seem logical for BUL to be in a good place. Yet the market keeps on selling it off, albeit not in a big way. Those not
    committed may pull it back even further. A bit of a mystery. As big a mystery is that Tui has not posted for many weeks. Kip, I think you are as close to him as anyone on this thread-any news on this front?
