This is what happens when you give minority groups too much say and influence. It's the epitome of lack of leadership and it permeates Australia in every quarter currently. We currently have the ultimate woosy "bend over for everybody" society and frankly it's going to become unworkable if not sorted out soon.
… All "leaders" e.g. teachers, employers, parents etc. etc. are disempowered these days in favour of the tier beneath them. It's overdone and becoming pathetic.
