stop working nicely with hanlong and ask them to pay 1% break fee.
Hanlong as a major shareholder will be the biggest loser if share price drop so he will work together to find the funding/offtake/jv. otherwise he will lose whatever mark to market between purchase price and market price + additional 5% (from 1% break fee).
do you reckon they will do nothing and let sdl board steer the company?
