I was amazed when I saw 10 million buy order from one investor this morning. In my view, majority of the shares are held by few big investors. This means, not many left for others to buy.

PRA looks oversold and does not reflect its true value. Good luck to those who bought before....

Did you notice morning star shot term rating for PRA? Increased from 2 to 5.
