Not sure if this is already out somewhere. Hope it is CFCL they are talking about. Would be interesting to find out more on the 10,000 residential properties they mention.
(btw thanks TraderReg for your recent post on E.ON)

E.ON and Inland Homes to construct low carbon community in West London

    Extract....
    "Heating and hot water
E.ON will help decrease the carbon emissions associated with heating and hot water by using combined heat and power (CHP) and gas boilers in a central facility. Decentralised energy is produced locally so that it does not need to travel through the National Grid, which reduces losses in transmission and helps lower carbon emissions. This system of decentralised energy is not new to E.ON. The company is already involved in eight district heating schemes to 10,000 residential properties.

"E.ON?s expertise in decentralised energy generation and proven ability in managing the process from end to end is of great value to us in the development of eco homes and businesses," said Mark Gilpin, Inland Homes planning director. "With projects like Drayton Garden Village, we are able to set the standard for sustainable housing across the UK."

    Cheers
