Harry, I don't see it as being a long battle. Wharf were all bluster threatening legal action but it was EGO that initiated the action due to DMP and BP not acknowledging the deemed withdrawal.
Court case is underway with dates set for the hearing and judgement due late June/early July.
If it goes in favour of EGO/ERM then I reckon it's all over as there will be a legally binding decision and I doubt that Wharf will have the funds to seek to appeal the decision.
