Look guys there are pro's and con's for both sides of the argument I know a fair bit on this subject but will not go into it, obvious reasons. In any case the Plant and Drilling B sands are my focus. Unfortunately, I personally think it has to be dealt with by the courts now that communications have broken down between EGO/Wharf.
Wharf could present themselves better imo if they give EGO holders the password to their announcements on their web site, then everyone can see what Wharf are on about and then we all would know the facts from their side of things and then we will be able to make a more comphrensive opinion hence decision. In any case the court will decide this matter.
More importantly I want to know what ERM knew about all this dodgey plant design and tendering etc, we may never know.
Even more importantly when are the B Sands going to be drilled and plant fixed, that's my immediate concern ATM. GLTA.
