    I am dubious myself whether this will go the supreme court in the end,I would consider Ego to be far more conversant with Aus. law than wharf, I presume though they would have an Aussie law firm engaged if they were serious.Not sure how to deal with wharf directors though,they have their idiosyncrasies.
