Initec have reportedly developed a low cost technology for the recovery of gold without cyanide residues, and now have Ivanhoe Mining as their major shareholder.
According to Initec, a third of the world's gold production is now from refractory gold deposits that require pre-treatment prior to cyanidation. They claim their Intec Gold Process can provide major economic and enviro advantages over its competition, and I guess there must be something to for the Canadian Ivanhoe to be this involved.
I know its a speccy small-cap, but volume was up yesterday and the INL chart looks set for a run. Has anyone looked into their technology?
