Agree that our track record has been nothing but atrocious, with failures at every turn filled with delays all in between self-hyped rhetoric that has never been close to being realised. But with that aside your comment made me think about management and a possible review post MPA.

Given that India is all about relationships... would it be prudent at this stage to remove all our management? I personally don't see this as having a positive effect with respect to our ongoing India project. The Indians are all about people and building long-term relationships, it's taken us this long (years) to get to a point where they MAY want to do business with us. I think it's important to keep the key players with respect to the India project and for me- that person is Ashley M, hands down.

Otherwise, I do think it's a good idea to bring onboard people that have the proven track record at bringing tech to commercialisation, the next step we as a company will embark upon post MPA. I'd be interested to hear peoples thoughts because I thought it was a good comment by @DoubleDutch.
