Just a browse through the half yearly shows KIM average sales price for the half at US$144 ct for 77,685 carats. If I subtract the SepQ sales of 38,593 at US$190/ct, that leaves 39,092 at a lowly $US99/ct!
I guess if you sell the high value goods all the time you eventually have to sell the low value stones - it always catches up with you.
No wonder they made a loss in the half (again) and this time a bigger loss that the previous half in 2005. Even though they produced 100% more diamonds that 1st half 05.
Beware - a house of cards.
