When David Lamm offloads 800,000 and Saunders sells a fair proportion of his holdings, that suggests to me that a deal cant be close and the shell was over valued in the teens. I sold my last parcel today having reached the reduced CGT time period for that parcel.
A bit dirty with myself for not selling at 2.3 despite the CGT implications - thought Id take my chances over the next few days I needed to reach the full year period. It's a mistake Ive made before, and seem unwilling to learn this lesson. Hopefully Ive now learnt and it wont happen again.

Still a lovely bio shell mind you and hope to buy back in if things cool off.
