well.... I don't know if 2017 has been the year for biotechs as I posted above (although there have certainly been a few - DXB was memorable for me). But I do have a good feeling for bio's in 2018...

Pot would be good too, both in terms of fit as well as prospects in the coming months....​

Not quite as cheap now as when I posted this in January but still a very nice shell with quality backers. It has offered great trades this past year and still hold a core parcel as I wouldn't want to be completely out. Never know when a deal might drop...
