You provide some interesting ideas

The black swans are always circling and who knows what could happen, however, I do think that gold has played some catch-up in the past years and is poised to go higher but not at the pace that some would suggest. I am sure that we are not even half through this crisis and with all the money that is sloshing around whether created by governments or being saved human nature will takeover and start spending again causing higher inflation ergo gold should rise.
