In this space I think you need to be looking at 20% plus boosts of projects specially to justify your position as a new CEO. If a CEO delivered 50% in 2 years then sure they can have a breather and focus on smaller projects. But this sector is in growth phase with many new entrants appearing. Therefore, if you don't make major moves you will be crowded out. I was a SWF shareholder and made a small gain on the shares. But it has really gone backwards for a few months and has increasing competition daily. Currently I am just a user of the platform. I think they need to point the point of differentiation to smaller players with the fact they are CHESS sponsored. But this alone is not enough. To be honest they need to upgrade the charting elements of the product include 50-100-200 day moving averages and other basic functions. These are the thing that will make improvements to SP and move others from Comsec. Also a filtering system like Westpac.
