Qantas management have gone out of their way to demoralise its workforce, to the point where they are now totally disengaged !
Nothing less than a totally new CEO and BOD will remedy that !
Other Airlines such as Southwest and Alaskan who engage with their workers are reaping huge benefits. But not QF management who are doing the exact opposite ! One has to wonder why?
As for the low-level bit, thats just a load of rubbish. The carbon tax that isnt, sorry is an issue, and now its covered by a levy, but oops not its not bcoz QF is not charging enough for tickets, bcoz of price war with VA !
