Reminds me of people who want to be the smartest person in the room. This time at every turn he has outsmarted himself up against a political system that don't liked being taken as fools or played.
In three months we have gone from "We are healthy" to "in dire straights" to "we are healthy" again. Every time Joyce talks you can watch the share price react and sadly it mostly hasn't been too the upside.
If anyone under Joyce or the board had under performed as they have they would be out of a job by now.
