What actually happened is that at 11:17:04 someone put up for sale 14500 @ .25 of which 14457 were filled @.25 and there were then 43 shares left in the cue.
35 seconds later the SAME order was amended and the remaining 43 shares were sold at best available price of .245 which is NOW the low of the day. So only 1 lot of brokerage was paid.
Keep in mind we still have 4 hrs to go so it may not be the low of the day yet.
