The lower oil price only makes TS even more compelling for major players who have paid good coin for an existing stake in es (ie eni) and Barossa (ie spk) and need to get a return on each of their respective $500 million plus investments (for which neither has received any cash return for their investments thus far -$500million @ 5% compounded annually for 3 years can buy you a lot of pizza or Asian noodles....
The only financially feasible options are to either bank the gas for 20 years (good luck with that option) or build ts. building a billion $plus pipeline, and stripping 30% CO2 and sequestering the CO2 down some 2.5 tcf mineshaft which is yet to be discovered, based on projected revenue flows at the new/current oil price, is about as lame as well of proserman's jokes.
