    When you say "expire" you mean are redeemed which means they have to come up with US$80MM to repay them (actually slightly more as I think the redemption is at something like 106) - they do not just disappear into the ether. Similarly there are prescribed conditions under which they can force redeem them - basically the share price has to be higher than the strike price on a given day, otherwise they have limited options other than to negotiate with the holders or try to buy them on market.

    Not sure where those numbers have come from, the quarterly is effective 30th September, that's what I've been working from which shows US$76.1MM cash and senior debt balance of US$119.165MM. Maybe you have something more up to date.
