If not all, then how much? I'm expecting a rebound on all energy prices in the future - hopefully by the end of the year. All this commotion will settle and equilibrium will set in. There are a couple of things that can happen to favour oil prices:
1) Growth of large economies will increase - thus increasing demand
2) OPEC will decrease supply
Current figures look great - with the only problem being debt.
