NKLEX, you compare opex's on a percentage basis, but I think the correct calculation is to compare the remaining cash after opex ( ie op margin). eg. say average LT price of U is $60/lb.
PEN Op margin $60 - 28 = $32/lb
BMN Op margin $60 - 41 = $19/lb
Oh, my bad, it works out about the same : PEN 50% better than BMN.
(But much better if U price becomes higher)
