crikey Bull, I agree with you on all points, however i cant think of any reason why SP remains depressed.
My only guess is, (putting conspiracy theorist cap on again), CEO Levinson remains an unpopular chap locally. See my post below on 11/02/10, other than that she's "cheap az chups!" IMO.


"IMO, as silly as it may sound, it may be a few instos holding a grudge against CEO Levison, beating down the share price following the holding pattern that "they" managed to keep it in for so long. Was speaking to a few colleagues around the traps who knew/worked with him back in the early 90's in NZ, and they had less than savoury comments about his character. from what i've been told, not the most personable of chaps (but then again how many CEO's are), he often would stir up a few hornets nests with underhanded manoeuvres around his market trading, hardly a teamplayer. on one occasion, was found out to have cheated with his scores at a corporate golf tourney - trivial, yet still a reflection of the man. it was not uncommon for him to "burn a few bridges along the way" as one former colleague put it.

however, it is important to note that he was only in his late 20's at the time, so an element of arrogance was to be expected. also and of most importance to us as shareholders, what speaks volumes of his current reputation are his achievements at IDL during his tenure at the helm, which has seen the company go from $2m market cap to nearly $350m today.

it could be a factor in the share price performance over the last 6 months. JMO"
