One of the directors of this lame excuse for an investment company is up for re-election this month. His fellow directors recommend his re-election.
Look at his record:
Loss of 95% of the shareholders investments. And this isn't a biotech or an oil wildcat explorer, its an investment company.
Knowingly concerned with the publication of several years of annual accounts which are demonstrably false.
Failed to notice the former CEO embezzling half the company's money.
Appointed a totally unsuitable person to be CEO of the company, continuing the disastrous mis-management.
My terrapin would make a more effective company director than this pathetic liddle clown.
Apparently the performance criteria for Australia company directors are so low, this turkey's abysmal performacen warrants his re-election.
