There was to be no new ppas signed by pln until all issues were resolved. This huge 2x220 mw ppa at roughly $93/mwh is a "we mean business statement" and indirectly says that all issues have been finalized. On that basis I can confidently bet our ppa will be signed shortly! The smaller more remote projects like ours are subject to negotiation on price and we are not asking for much more, only $125-$150/mwh) I say there will be flurry of ppas signed over the next 60 days! I'm sure bakrie will get at least one ;)
