If Andy Penn tries enough he'll probably get it down to that price. Everyone in these threads are so bullish about TLS mobile but looking at Whirlpool forums and Ozbargain it seems everyone is leaving to other mobile providers in droves as they don't require global roaming, so may as well spare the cost now.
