    But how does that help ERA who will not only suffer reduced cashflow for the next who knows how many quarters, but will not benefit from the higher spot prices for an even longer period now, given that their current "old" contracts that are returning low $20's per lb & will be further away from expiring due to the force majeure being claimed?
