Surely we are not looking at 20 years of ultra low rates though?
Do you think these rates/terms are partly a case of European's trying to find a safe place for funds?
I had been thinking we were in for at least 5 years or so, but as you say the people doing these deals are far more educated and informed on these matters than we are. However these same people more thank likely contributed to the GFC.... just saying...
