    just re-iterating the fact that Portman is trading at $3.92 compared to an offer of $3.85 and that 2 institutions with more than 16% have been accumulating stock at $3.90 or above.

    a counter bid is going to have to appear to get them over the line.

    appears the US guys know more than we do.

    with only 7 cents at risk, this looks good value.
