I certainly did notice that omission tototy. Just after ASX closed I posted:

Exactly Jan and Sherlock, why hasn't the Company clarified this? It's a vital tactical point for Lynas - that the legal hold should only have been until today's hearing.
What really ANNOYS ME too is the fact that as a direct result of all this legal shambles carefully orchestrated by opponents a lot cleverer than those combating them, the shares in this multi-billion dollar Australian company have fluctuated about 10% JUST TODAY. So clever shorters and other traders, probably by simply having advance intelligence from the courtroom, have greatly profited during the day.
Once again it appears that a TH is practically impossible due the Mt Kennett contract. (That hedge fund may, of course, be taking advantage of this shambles too.)
