"High Court Delays Lynas Decision by One Week"---this just show a judicial "power arrogance":

BUT before the decision of JR, "issued TOL" will be a "defiance" behavior for the judicial system. So that even not have exact reasons, the court still delayed the decision one week, as like a "childish pique" behavior, the aim seems to let the administrative departments to understand that: when in the contest of the administrative authorities and the judicial system, who will be the big brother.
anyway now the time has been in LYC side, SMSL's JR delaying tactics will be coming to end, because the final time of JR decision can be expected week by week and LYC's final operation schedule has been expected to follow the JR decision.
SMSL will has the only way --- street fight.
