Why would it explode?

Lumimems is essentially a university research project. It is probably much further from commercial release than most shareholders think.

LumiMEMS is actually a much more complicated and expensive version of existing MEMS cantilevers. It is not really a new technology.

The only independent technical review of Lumimems I could find thought the technology had little commercial potential.

There are literally thousands of companies and research projects that are competing with PSY.

PSY still a haven't got any contracts or a commercial product.
