I don't think so. The fundamentals are there.
In my opinion, there is a big fish, which accumulate SSM shares at the lowest level as possible. I guess, soon we will see the additional substantial shareholder or the increased volume of existing shareholder.
If you look at the February low share price:
Maple Brown Abbott Limited and UBS Nominees Pty Ltd were buying on the market.
They were registered as substantial shareholders at:
26/02/2008 Maple Brown Abbott Limited: shares -16,751,988; 9.74%
25/02/2008 UBS Nominees Pty Ltd and its related bodies corporate: shares - 11,755,020; 6.84%.
It might be the similar situation.
