If the offer is not good enough for the holders it will be easy for KAH to say "no, shareholders arent pleased"
As for EXT on the ASX, well, I dont understand why Australian investors are not touching this, regardless of the boards struggle for power, this is one mean mother of a resource, as Peter used to say, the biggest new resource of any material found in the last 20 years.
Maybe today the buyers will arrive, we had a lot of big buying last fortnight.

I think the gap has closed between the value of EXT and KAH as I have read on other BB's
