I must admit have been nervous about the relationship between IK and Exergen and whether at some stage MNM shareholders might "lose" out or not "profit" as much as we should from any JV arrangement.

The latest announcement does nothing to allay those feelings for all of the reasons noted above.

I do believe as shareholders we will all benefit from any JV deal made, I just wonder whether that benefit will be all that is should be?

At teh end of teh day we are all at the mercy of Management, lets hope they do as much for us as possible.

Oh and please, I dont need anyone telling me that directors have a responsibilty to blah blah blah... I live in the real world!
