I know if I was in Geoff's shoes I would know the likelihood of deals being done, and by exercising my options below the exercise price I could PREVENT the further dilution of my sizeable stake in the company. I would be champing at the bit to do it. It wouldn't be risky at all. Of course this would depend upon the inside knowledge that I possessed being favourable to the future of ADO.
All hypothetical of course, but that's how I see it...
