low volume keeping price down, page-2

Speaking of the DFS.....how much of that do people think is already factored into the price?

I'm a bit skeptical of share price jumping upwards post announcement these days. Its usually the opposite.

We all know the project is there to make money so is it a suprise out of left fireld that could make the sp rally post DFS? Or some will just be waiting on the sidelines till its "officially" a goer as far as the DFS is concerned.
