Uncertainty about the Mog 15% and Farm Out date has caused this stock to stall. Volume has stopped to a trckle and it looks like this will trade in a tight range until we get news. It is trying to go up on open but the big boys are selling into it. The sell side is still being stacked at higher levels to make look weak. When we closer to the major announcement the volume will increase and should go higher.
